Why eBay no longer allows sellers to leave negative feedback
The changes have been made on the official site eBay. One big change is that sellers can no longer leave negative or neutral feedback eBay. Yes, you read that right, no more negative. Because eBay has decided to do this?
Have you ever been in a mall and had a terrible experience? Have you ever been treated badly by a worker in a store? What is your first reaction. "I never go back to that store!" This is one of the main reasons that eBay has decided to do away with the ability to leave negative feedback, is due to being extremely rude to all the wounds of eBay buyers. Not only the seller does not return, but he tells his friends.
Another reason that eBay has decided to get rid of the feedback because the feedback percentage means nothing. Have you seen a feedback percentage of 99.8 and 99.5, and I was wondering how bad could these vendors? Buyers are so afraid to leave a negative because you do not want to get negative in return. So the feedback numbers were becoming obsolete. Now, the feedback will surely never fall, and will separate a good seller from a poor seller.
The idea is to bring back the buyer. This system will give eBay an honest look at the way in which buyers and sellers interact, and the buyer will not get the embarrassing situation of being harassed by shopping eBay sellers poor.
This will probably lead to many bad sellers leaving eBay. All the better for us. If you sell on eBay, it's time to weather the storm early, and wait for sellers to go bad. If you stay you will reap the fruits of the sellers back to eBay .......
