Brief introduction of the Health System in China

Health System in China is developing rapidly. He has made great achievements and provided benefits for many Chinese. However, the current system has some problems that we face and solve. My work shows the structure of the health system, how it is financed, how the work of preventing and even some health problems. Find and discuss the problems found in these fields.

When we speak of the health system in a country, we're going to look at many different aspects. Just like every skyscraper needs the support of the ground, a health system is largely influenced by its structure. The stability of the structure decide whether the health care system works effectively or not. So today we begin with the structure of the health system in my country to China before.

There is a fair description of the structure of China's health care system. It is said that the health system is structured by a three-level net. And 'as we follow the correct way to "Central ---- Urban Ministry Rural Ministry ---- Department."

These three steps are the pillars of the health system and also manage different branches: the administration of health, health research and development, prevention and health protection department of health education department and the department of management charges of distribution, and 'inspection of the pharmacy and other equipment. Each department is headed by the top level and is responsible for the different fields of health, in order to maximize the efficiency of work.

However, in recent years, the structure of the Chinese health system has changed a lot. Now it seems stairs. People will give you another visual depiction ------ an inverted pyramid.
Why? It 's mainly due to imbalance in the structure and too much use of facilities and human resources. Today in China, centralizes most of the health facilities in urban areas, while at the same time there are only less than 8.9% in rural areas. The resources that I mentioned include most of the resources in the health system such as funding, hospitals and clinics, health insurance and human resources. I want to say something more about human resources. Every year, we have over 100,000 new workers, however, physicians are still faced with the shortage of health workers in rural areas. There are only 2.7% workers' health professionals in rural areas today. The denseness in urban and poor rural areas have become a contrast stripe. They just like the upper part and lower part of the health care system and make it as a pyramid. This structure gives rise to serious social problems.

So, we talk about how health systems are financed.

The Chinese health system financing depends largely bankroll the government for a long time. And it is almost the only way.

These years, with the rising cost of health services and the price of medicine, people seem to be less convenient to obtain health services. For example, the one-time outpatient and hospital rooms and 473.3RMB 10.9RMB from 79RMB to 2891RMB and separately from 1996 to 2006. Faced with this abyss, the funds from the government is not sufficient to fill it. Maybe it's time to change our mind. Some experts suggest that we should welcome the funding in the social health system. The government has also realized this, they are now trying to find ways to limit the funding to be social and am active role in their side.

One of the problems of the health care system is prevention of the disease. Before we start talking about this issue in China, we need to have a general idea of it.

The prevention is implemented in three different levels called "three levels of bias".

Primary prevention: is taken as primordial prevention to avoid the danger of the disease. From the point of view of large dimensions, each country has the primary prevention to minimize the latent threat of disease considering that national development. The third objective of primary prevention is to avoid the effect of disease on the body of a human being.

Secondary prevention: means to discover, diagnose and treat clinical forepart. Because each disease requires a long period of time. So it will be beneficial to take early medical treatment before it goes worse. The best way of secondary prevention is the propaganda and education. It is also necessary to improve the diagnostic capabilities of physicians. Tertiary prevention: is a kind of prevention during the clinical treatment. Prevention is taken to stop the disease getting worse, to reduce deformities and syndromes. For those patients with serious diseases or someone who has lost the ability to work or even be handicapped, the goal of tertiary prevention is to make them available to certain works of light and prolong their life.

The prevention work in China is urgently needed. Previous experiences show the results and also highlight the problems at work. These years with the leading national center for disease prevention and the effective implementation of local services, we have some great achievements.

At primary level, the danger of the disease is fully recognized, the government is taking action to put the prevention of diseases in full force, no matter sick or not. All different levels of health have also been used as effective methods for all regular medical examinations. All these works are important to prevent disease before it occurs. Furthermore, we stopped smallpox, leprosy and other diseases in our country.

At secondary level, propaganda and education have put much more attention. A recent example is the national event to promote health. And 'the largest national activity. In the fast three years, this event has been pressed into 23 provinces, especially in rural areas 460. There were more than 8000 hospitals and 33,000 doctors trained in time, 3,000,000 people received benefits from the event.
In the third level, we also have some results. After prevention is difficult, we managed to control the mortality rate of heart and cerebrovascular diseases. And rates for life of one, three and five years of patient, liver cancer are up to 74.1%, 43.5% and 21.2%.

Even if we have these results, our country is still facing some difficult issues. The health minister said this year we still have some problems in the prevention of fatal disease epidemic. The problems are: lack of knowledge epidemic disease, prevention is less efficient, feedback of the epidemic situation is not timely especially from rural areas.

A major health problem as the health of children.

We see children as our future, so their level of health is closely linked to the development of our nation. Our prevention efforts on children's health in recent years has some success. We managed to reduce infant mortality to 2.84% since 2004 and have over 95% coverage rate inoculation Bacterin in many areas. However, we are still facing some problems. The
