Are You provide good customer service?

The customer service is so important wherever you go. Larger enterprises are adopting automated services, and most times when I called customer service I'm pushing a number on my telephone keypad and some times I do not even get a real person to talk to. I find it extremely frustrating. How about going into a bank and you can not find a cashier because you have one? Sorry, but not everything can be managed and edited online. I go to a store and I do not see anyone who works there, much less a selling shareholder. They do not even cashiers in most departments. The case is in a centralized location. Mind you, not all stores are like that. Even if you are not what is the percentage of finding someone to help when you need it?

Large companies or businesses really can not afford not to offer good customer service, because eventually you will reach them, but I know small business owners can not afford such a disservice.

Customer service is vital to the company's online reputation. And 'your bread and butter. This is what makes you stand apart from the competition. Customers make or break your business. Mess it up and literally threw your credibility out the window. If you have erred in business and all of us, because we are only human, own up to it and fix it! Ready! Do not ignore the repeated e-mails or phone calls, and then apologized because they simply will not fly. Even worse, do not blame your customer. The customer is always right.

Good customer service is making your customers happy so they will become regular customers and buy or use the service. Customers are your word-of-mouth. They spread positive feedback about you and your business with their friends, colleagues and acquaintances.

What is good customer service?

1. Your ability to listen and understand customer needs

The worst thing is turning a deaf ear on your customers' wishes and needs. It 's just upset and frustrate them. Offer what they need and not what we do not want.

2. Your ability to hear and resolve complaints of your customers

Recognize and validate the claims of your customers shows that you are listening and receptive to a resolution that is fair for both parties.

3. Your ability to be helpful and competent

Offer suggestions. Most of the time are just looking at one aspect. You can help by providing options or offering additional information.

4. Your ability to not over promise and under deliver

If there is no guarantee, no promise!

5. The ability to show how much you value your customers

Give something more like a discount on your next purchase or a free gift. Even a simple note "Thank You" goes a long way.

If you apply these five tips in your business day, you will know how to provide good customer service and you and your business will thrive. So often we hear in many award winning speeches, "... and I want to thank my fans / viewers / etc., Because without you, I would not be here."

Amen! ......
